Ingredients
- 6 cups baby spinach
washed and dried
- 1 ½ cups sliced strawberries
- ⅓ cup crumbled goat cheese or feta
- ¼ cup candied pecans or walnuts
- ¼ cup balsamic vinaigrette
homemade or store-bought
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the baby spinach and strawberries.
Top with goat cheese and toasted nuts.
Drizzle with vinaigrette just before serving.
