Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb medium shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp ground cumin
  • ½ tsp chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 –10 small flour or corn tortillas
  • Toppings: shredded cabbage avocado, salsa, lime, sour cream, cilantro

Instructions
 

  • Thaw and prep shrimp (if frozen), then pat dry.
  • Toss with olive oil and seasonings in a bowl.
  • Heat a skillet over medium-high and cook shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
  • Warm tortillas in a skillet or microwave.
  • Assemble tacos with shrimp and desired toppings.
  • Serve immediately with lime wedges.

Notes

  • For added flavor, marinate shrimp with spices 15–30 minutes before cooking.
  • Use corn tortillas for a gluten-free option.
  • Add cayenne or hot sauce for spicier tacos.
