Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
softened
- 1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, cream together butter and condensed milk until light and smooth.
Stir in vanilla extract.
Gradually add flour and mix until dough forms.
Roll into small balls and flatten slightly.
Place on parchment-lined baking tray and bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are golden.
Cool on rack. Enjoy with a glass of milk!
Notes
- You can add mini chocolate chips or crushed nuts to the dough.
- Cookies will remain soft and chewy if stored in an airtight container.
