- - 1 lb sea scallops dry-packed
- - 1 tbsp unsalted butter
- - Salt & black pepper to taste
- - 2 tbsp butter for sauce
- - 3 cloves garlic minced
- - 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- - 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
1️⃣ Prep Scallops: Remove side muscle, pat scallops completely dry. Season with salt & pepper.
2️⃣ Sear: Heat butter in a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Sear scallops 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
3️⃣ Make Lemon Butter Sauce: Melt more butter, sauté garlic, add lemon juice & parsley. Stir well.
