Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Crust:
  • Mix crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar.
  • Press the mixture into mini cupcake molds or silicone molds. Chill for 30 minutes.
  • Make the Cheesecake Filling:
  • Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Add cotton candy flavoring and divide the batter into two bowls.
  • Tint one bowl pink and the other blue. Swirl together for a vibrant look.
  • Assemble the Bites:
  • Spoon the cheesecake mixture onto the prepared crust.
  • Top each with gummy candies.
  • Chill for 4 hours or overnight.
