- 1.5 lbs potatoes Yukon Gold, Russet, or Baby Potatoes
- 3 tbsp butter melted
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika optional
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes optional
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese optional
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Wash and cut potatoes into halves or wedges.
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
Toss the potatoes in the garlic butter mixture until fully coated.
Spread potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
