Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lbs potatoes Yukon Gold, Russet, or Baby Potatoes
  • 3 tbsp butter melted
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika optional
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes optional
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Wash and cut potatoes into halves or wedges.
  • In a small bowl, mix melted butter, olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  • Toss the potatoes in the garlic butter mixture until fully coated.
  • Spread potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  • Roast for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and golden brown.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and Parmesan cheese (if using).
  • Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

  • For extra crispiness: Soak potato wedges in cold water for 30 minutes before cooking.
  • Alternative cooking methods: Try air frying at 400°F for 15-18 minutes or pan-frying over medium heat until crispy.
  • Storage: Keep leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in an oven or air fryer.
