Ingredients
  

  • - 2 large cucumbers English or Persian, sliced
  • 4 ripe tomatoes cherry, Roma, or heirloom, chopped
  • ¼ cup red onion thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar or lemon juice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh basil or dill chopped

Instructions
 

  • Prepare Ingredients: Slice cucumbers, chop tomatoes, and thinly slice red onion.
