Crunchy, savory, and high in protein, these cottage cheese chips are a guilt-free snack that's perfect for low-carb, keto, or clean eating diets. Made in the oven or air fryer with minimal ingredients.

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup small curd cottage cheese 2% or full-fat
  • Optional seasonings:
  • Garlic powder
  • Everything bagel seasoning
  • Smoked paprika
  • Ranch seasoning
  • Chili flakes

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven or air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • Line tray with parchment paper.
  • Spoon small dollops of cottage cheese onto tray, spaced apart.
  • Sprinkle with your choice of seasoning.
  • Bake or air fry for 25–30 minutes until golden and crispy.
  • Let cool fully to crisp up before removing from tray.
  • Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container.
