1️⃣ Prepare the Olive Salad
In a bowl, combine olives, capers, garlic, Giardiniera, and roasted red peppers.
Add red wine vinegar, olive oil, oregano, and red pepper flakes.
Stir well and marinate for at least 1 hour (preferably overnight).
2️⃣ Assemble the Sandwich
Slice the Muffuletta bread in half horizontally.
Spread half of the olive salad on the bottom half of the bread.
Layer the meats (salami, mortadella, capicola, and ham).
Add the cheeses (provolone and mozzarella).
Spread the remaining olive salad on the top half of the bread.
Place the top half over the filling and press firmly.
3️⃣ Let It Rest & Serve
Wrap the sandwich tightly and let it sit for 30 minutes to 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.
Slice into quarters or eighths and serve at room temperature.
