Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb breakfast sausage cooked and crumbled
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices bread cubed or 2 cups hashbrowns
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder optional

Instructions
 

  • 1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • 2️⃣ Cook the sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease.
  • 3️⃣ Layer the base: Spread bread cubes or hashbrowns in the prepared baking dish.
  • 4️⃣ Add the sausage evenly over the bread or potatoes.
  • 5️⃣ Mix eggs & milk: In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  • 6️⃣ Pour the mixture over the sausage layer. Sprinkle cheese on top.
  • 7️⃣ Bake uncovered for 35-40 minutes, or until eggs are set and top is golden.
  • 8️⃣ Let it cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
