Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup butter softened
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Blue gel food coloring
  • 1 cup chocolate chips white or semi-sweet
  • 1 cup crushed Oreos
  • 1 cup chopped Chips Ahoy cookies

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until smooth.
  • Add eggs and vanilla extract and mix until fully combined.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until a dough forms.
  • Stir in blue food coloring until evenly distributed.
  • Fold in chocolate chips, crushed Oreos, and chopped Chips Ahoy cookies.
  • Use a cookie scoop or spoon to place dough balls onto the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set but centers remain soft.
  • Let cool for 5 minutes on the baking sheet, then transfer to a wire rack.
  • Optionally, add candy eyes for a fun Cookie Monster look!

Notes

  • For extra chewy cookies, chill the dough for 30 minutes before baking.
  • Use gel food coloring for a more vibrant Cookie Monster blue.
  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
  • Freeze dough balls for up to 3 months and bake as needed.
