Description

Ingredients

– 2 cups sushi rice
– 2 ½ cups water
– ¼ cup rice vinegar
– 1 tbsp sugar
– 1 tsp salt
– 2 chicken breasts (diced)
– ¼ cup soy sauce
– 2 tbsp honey
– 2 tbsp mirin
– 1 tbsp sesame oil
– 1 avocado (sliced)
– Sesame seeds
– Fresh cilantro
– Sriracha (optional)


Instructions

1. Rinse and cook sushi rice. Season with vinegar, sugar, and salt.
2. Marinate chicken in soy sauce, honey, mirin, and sesame oil. Cook until caramelized.
3. Assemble the stack: Layer rice, avocado, and teriyaki chicken. Use a mold for neat presentation.
4. Garnish with sesame seeds, cilantro, and sriracha.

Notes

You can substitute chicken with tofu for a vegetarian version. Adjust seasoning and garnish according to taste.
