Instructions
1. Prepare dough: mix, knead, proof. 2. Make custard. 3. Shape dough into balls, fill with custard and jam. 4. Bake at 200°C for 15-18 mins.
Notes
Substitute raspberry jam with other fruits. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 days. |
