Description
Tender steak bites seared to perfection, tossed in garlic butter, and served with a rich Parmesan cream sauce. This quick, decadent meal is perfect for weeknights or special occasions.
Ingredients
– 2 lbs steak (filet mignon, ribeye, or sirloin)
– 5 tbsp butter
– 10 cloves garlic, minced
– 1½ cups heavy cream
– ⅔ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
– Salt & pepper to taste
– Red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
1. Cut steak into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper.
2. Sear steak in avocado oil for 2 minutes per side.
3. Remove steak and set aside.
4. Melt butter and sauté garlic.
5. Add heavy cream and simmer.
6. Stir in Parmesan until melted.
7. Toss steak in garlic butter and serve with Parmesan cream sauce.
Notes
– You can use chicken or shrimp instead of steak.
– To lighten the sauce, use evaporated milk instead of heavy cream.
– For a lower-carb option, serve over cauliflower mash.
