Ingredients

– 2 cups cream cheese, softened
– 1 cup dill pickles, chopped
– 2 tbsp pickle juice
– 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– 1 tbsp fresh dill (optional)
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 1/2 cup crushed crackers or nuts (for coating)


Instructions

1. In a bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
2. Mix in chopped dill pickles, pickle juice, cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Shape the mixture into a ball.
4. Roll the cheese ball in crushed crackers or nuts to coat.
