Ingredients

  • Chocolate Cake Layers:
    • Cocoa powder, instant coffee, hot water, vegetable oil
    • Buttermilk, eggs, all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar
    • Baking soda, white vinegar
  • Ice Cream Layer:
    • Double cream, vanilla extract, sweetened condensed milk, crushed Oreos
  • Whipped Cream and Ganache:
    • Double cream, icing sugar, vanilla extract
    • Dark chocolate, double cream

Instructions

  • Prepare Chocolate Cake Layers: Mix cocoa, coffee, and hot water. Add wet ingredients and then dry ingredients. Bake and cool.
  • Make Ice Cream Layer: Whip cream and vanilla, fold in condensed milk and Oreos, freeze overnight.
  • Prepare Whipped Cream and Ganache: Whip cream, sugar, and vanilla. Melt chocolate with cream for ganache.
  • Assemble the Cake: Layer cake and ice cream, cover with whipped cream, and decorate with ganache.
