Ingredients
- Chocolate Cake Layers:
- Cocoa powder, instant coffee, hot water, vegetable oil
- Buttermilk, eggs, all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar
- Baking soda, white vinegar
- Ice Cream Layer:
- Double cream, vanilla extract, sweetened condensed milk, crushed Oreos
- Whipped Cream and Ganache:
- Double cream, icing sugar, vanilla extract
- Dark chocolate, double cream
Instructions
- Prepare Chocolate Cake Layers: Mix cocoa, coffee, and hot water. Add wet ingredients and then dry ingredients. Bake and cool.
- Make Ice Cream Layer: Whip cream and vanilla, fold in condensed milk and Oreos, freeze overnight.
- Prepare Whipped Cream and Ganache: Whip cream, sugar, and vanilla. Melt chocolate with cream for ganache.
- Assemble the Cake: Layer cake and ice cream, cover with whipped cream, and decorate with ganache.
