Ingredients
– 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– 4 garlic cloves, minced
– 1/3 cup honey
– 2 tbsp soy sauce
– 1 tbsp rice vinegar
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Optional: Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
1. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook chicken for 6-7 minutes per side.
3. Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
4. Stir in honey, soy sauce, and vinegar, simmering for 2-3 minutes.
5. Coat chicken with sauce and simmer for 2 more minutes. Garnish with green onions and serve.
