Description

A creamy and savory pasta dish featuring tender chicken, rigatoni, and a rich Parmesan sauce. Perfect for weeknight dinners or special occasions.


Ingredients

– 1 lb chicken breasts (bite-sized pieces)
– 12 oz rigatoni
– 1 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
– 1 cup heavy cream
– 1 cup chicken broth
– 3 tbsp butter
– 3 garlic cloves (minced)
– 1 tsp Italian seasoning
– ½ tsp salt
– ¼ tsp black pepper
– Fresh parsley (garnish)


Instructions

1. Cook rigatoni in salted water until al dente, drain, and set aside.
2. Sauté seasoned chicken in butter until golden and cooked. Remove from skillet.
3. Sauté garlic in butter, add chicken broth, and simmer.
4. Stir in cream and Parmesan cheese until sauce is creamy.
5. Combine cooked rigatoni and chicken with sauce. Garnish with parsley and serve.

– Reserve some pasta water to adjust sauce consistency if needed.
