Description

Ingredients

– 1 lb ground beef
– 4 cups diced potatoes
– 1 small onion, chopped
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 2 carrots, diced
– 2 celery stalks, diced
– 4 cups beef or chicken broth
– 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
– 1 cup milk or cream
– Salt, pepper, thyme (optional)


Instructions

1. Brown ground beef in a large pot and set aside.
2. Sauté onions, garlic, carrots, and celery until softened.
3. Add potatoes and broth, simmer for 15-20 minutes.
4. Stir in cheese and milk, cook on low until creamy.
